Pitstone Museum Open Day
Vicarage Rd, Pitstone, Leighton Buzzard
LU7 9EY
Sunday 12 July 2026 10:30am - 4:00pm
I will be selling my debut novel, 'Time to Fly' in 'The Barns' where local crafters sell their wares. The Pitstone Green Museum is a fascinating blend of attractions from the past, based in the once redundant buildings of an old Victorian Farm. Nestling in the shadow of Ivinghoe Beacon, it captures the spirit of a bygone age when life was harder, but slower than it was today. There are more than 40 different locations, including displays. There are also a team of wonderful volunteers on hand, to demonstrate or answer questions. If you would like a great day out at this delightful Museum or would like to come along and learn more about 'Time to Fly' (and maybe buy a copy for your holiday), it would be lovely to see you.

Summer Craft Fair,
The Dutch Marketplace, Great North Rd, Brookmans Park, Hatfield AL9 6ND
Saturday 25 & Sunday 26 July 2026
10:00am - 4:00pm
I am delighted to be having a stall at The Dutch Marketplace, who are hosting a wonderful weekend celebrating local creativity. Talented local crafters and exhibitors will be showcasing a wide variety of handmade and unique products, including jewellery, textiles and delicious treats, so there will be something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're searching for a special gift or simply fancy a lovely day out at this wonderful Garden Centre, which also offers a foodhall and a great cafe, and many other items.
Please come along and support this event and enjoy the garden centre, foodhall and maybe a coffee and cake on the terrace.
I will only be there on 25th July, and would love to see you all, so that I can tell you all about 'Time to Fly' and where the idea came from, and if you need a great Summer read, you may wish to purchase a copy!
